SPRUCE CREEK runs through the north end of the Spruce Creek Fly-In.
This natural environment and the undeveloped lands and
pastures that surround the Fly-In are home to several species of
animal predators. These include but are not limited to fox,
bobcat, coyote and alligators. Poisonous snakes are also abundant
in the area. If you care for your pet, they should not be allowed
to roam freely without supervision.
The health and life of your pet is in your hands.

Household garbage and recycle pick-up is on THURSDAY. Your containers may be put out on WEDNESDAY evening.
Yard waste pick-up is on FRIDAY. Waste may not be put out till THURSDAY.

and shall not be placed at the collection point more than 12 hours
prior to pick-up.

Recently
a minor conflict was discovered with the RFID stickers and the E-Pass/SunPass stickers.
E-Pass/SunPass recently started selling a low cost sticker similar to the RFID
sticker. In some instances, it will conflict with your RFID
and cause the RFID not to be recognized at the gates.
To avoid this potential problem, if you need to
purchase an E-Pass/SunPass, the removable unit is recommended. It can be
attached to the windshield when needed on the highway and placed in the vehicle
glove box before entering Spruce Creek.

If you are expecting a delivery or workers that need
directions, please direct them to the Airport Road/South gate only.

1. The adult resident/owner calls them in to the north gate @ 756-6125 prior to 7pm.
2. The security officer on duty can reach the resident/owner by phone to authorize entry.

Please bring
your completed forms along with a copy of your
vehicle registration and the vehicle to the POA to
have your
RFID applied.
RFID's are for Owner/Resident/Renter or Country Club Members vehicles
only.
Family and friends who live outside of Spruce Creek may still enjoy
entry with daily or monthly passes thru the visitor gate.
Volunteers
are also needed to help with RFID application and data entry. Please
call the POA @ 760-5884 and leave your name with Theresa.
